By adopting the electronic bidding core system, a system with lower cost and higher quality than that developed individually can be constructed. The estimates shows that it should cost approx. 1/6 of a newly developed system and half of individually-customized, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism systems released free of charge.

Reducing the System Update Cost
The core system will be expanded sequentially for goods procurement support, GPKI support and so forth. If the system is individually developed, separate support for these are required.
Reducing the System Maintenance Cost
Hardware specifications required by the core system are integrated, enabling the system a shared one. Joint operation of the system through multiple purchasers promotes cost reduction by sharing maintenance and management in hardware as well as in operations (help desk, SE, etc.).
